Lyncourt Drug is located on the northeast side of Syracuse and has been a part of the community for over 45 years. The store was originally opened in 1962 and run by Melvin Shindler who, in March 1975, sold the rights to Jack Pross. Jack has owned and operated the pharmacy since then, until it was purchased in February 2005 by Henderson's Drug Store Inc.
The store carries a wide variety of items; health aids, DME and ostomy products, groceries, gifts, and a wide selection of diabetic products. Free prescription delivery has always been a staple at Lyncourt Drug, as has been our compounding services. Jack and Chris Verrillo are the two main pharmacists and have been here for more than 20 years. Not only are both extremely knowledgeable in their field, but have prided themselves on the extra attention they give to their customers' concerns. Personable service go hand and hand throughout all of the employees at Lyncourt Drug. Though independent pharmacies have disappeared over the last few years, Lyncourt Drug has stayed strong due to its focus on personable service and quick prescription preparation.
